We have launched our fermentation workshop!

This workshop will teach you the basics of fermenting food. You will get hands on experiencing making sauerkraut and will take home a jar of our creation. There will also be a segment on making kombucha.

Date: Sunday, March 29th
Where: The Cow Bay Hall, 1493 Cow Bay
Time: 1pm – 3pm
Cost: $40*

*Payment is due prior to class by e-transfers, cash or cheque.

    I was wondering how long you ferment your veggies for, I tolerate veggies that have a longer fermenting time?

    1. Hi Aleen, just seeing this now. Our ferments are typically fermenting for 2 months, though sometimes a bit shorter or longer.
